At the time of sale, SGIS had over 800 employees and 14 offices nationwide and had been ranked the 2nd fastest growing private government contractor in the country by Washington Technology Magazine. Honors degree in Business Commerce and an Executive MBA from Bond University.

Justin Vianello

Chief Executive Officer

Joe has over 20 years experience helping scale education, technology and training organizations across North America and Europe. Previous roles include COO and Executive Vice President of Partnerships at Revature and senior leadership positions with Pearson and Blackboard. Joe holds an Honors degree in Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of Northampton, and started his career as a software developer in London.

Joe Mitchell

Chief Operating Officer

Doug is responsible for leading our team in North America with a specific focus on Cloud Workforce Solutions and traditional staffing and recruiting strategies. Experience with companies like Fukuda Denshi America, Aerotek/TEKsystems, and other IT staffing companies. Bachelor’s in corporate communications and public relations from Plattsburgh State. Former member of the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Executive Board and the Y-Guides Council.

Doug Wise

President

Alan brings deep expertise to our recruitment of exceptional talent. Previous roles include: SVP for Recruitment at Revature; SVP of Recruitment for Pearson Online Learning Services; and Managing Director at Compass Knowledge, and 20 years in enrollment management in higher education. Bachelor’s in Political Science from University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a Master’s in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.

Alan Coheley

Executive Vice President –
Recruitment

Ben leads our legal function and serves as corporate secretary to the company’s board of directors. Major in the Air Force Reserve Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG) and is currently the general counsel to the Commander of the 622nd Civil Engineering Group at Dobbins Air Reserve Base. Over 16 years of military service including Active Duty Army service as an enlisted combat medic. Bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University and a juris doctorate degree from the Duquesne University School of Law.

Benjamin Mathews

General Counsel and
Corporate Secretary

Neil ensures our customer’s technology skillset demands are being met. Previous roles include sales and account management at the ION Group. Neil has 15 years of experience in sales and account management within software companies. Bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Western Ontario and MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Neil also holds several executive certifications from the Harvard Law School.

Neil Hassanwalia

Chief Revenue Officer

Victor joined SkillStorm in 2008 as a recruiter. After successfully completing his CPA, Victor transitioned into an accounting role in 2011, being promoted to Financial Controller in 2018. Victor brings a broad understanding of all facets of the Skillstorm’s business including recruiting, sales, delivery, HR and finance. Victor is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

David is responsible for growing and managing business with the clients and partners of Pegasystems, Inc. Prior roles include: Global Vice President for training, enablement, and ecosystem development at Pegasystems; Global Head of Industry Solutions Marketing at EMC Corporation (now Dell Technologies). MBA in Marketing from Boston College, serves on the Board of Directors at Trinity Boston Connects, and is also active in Bates College’s Alumni in Admission and the Boston College Technology and Entrepreneurship Council.

David Donelan

Senior Vice President –
PEGA Partnerships

Patrick leads initiatives for online training, course and curricula development, and our immersive instructor-led talent development program. Prior roles include technology manager, software developer, and technical trainer at Revature. Master’s degree in information systems management and multiple technical certifications, including Oracle Certified Expert in Java Web Component Development and Pivotal Certified Spring v5.0 Professional.

Patrick Walsh

Senior Vice President –
Training and Technology

Joe is responsible for the execution and delivery of our high profile, strategic accounts. Prior to SkillStorm Joe held senior leadership positions with both Robert Half International and Allegis Group. Joe graduated from Fork Union Military Academy as a sergeant and received his bachelors degree from Eastern Kentucky University.

Ted is responsible for the execution and delivery of our high profile, strategic accounts. Prior to joining SkillStorm, Ted held a leadership role at an IT service management company. Ted served overseas in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm.

Daniela joined SkillStorm in 2013 and is responsible for managing all day-to-day activities in our Charlotte, NC StormStaff branch. She also builds and maintains relationships with Fortune 100 Clients in the Southeast Region and the Chicagoland area. Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina-Aiken.

Korey joined SkillStorm in 2010 and currently serves as the Assistant Controller. Prior to SkillStorm, Korey managed the accounting department for a private building company in South Florida. Korey holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Tessa joined SkillStorm in 2014 and is responsible for the management of the operations and infrastructure related to Cloud Workforce Solutions. Bringing nearly 12 years of experience, Tessa also leads Onboarding and Compliance, which ensures compliance and security to meet client SLAs in support of strategic client initiatives.

Betty joined SkillStorm in 2019 and is responsible for leading the overall strategy and function of the Human Resources department. Betty has worked in the HR space for 13 years, with prior experience in the fields of law enforcement, non-profits, and technology. Betty holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University.

Lauren joined SkillStorm in 2020 and is responsible for the marketing execution and strategy for the sales and recruitment teams. Prior to SkillStorm, she worked for a large RPO organization, managing lead generation and overall marketing support for the sales team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus in Journalism from the University of North Florida.

Jonathan is responsible for managing and delivering on client relationships within our National Accounts practice. Jonathan brings nearly 20 years of experience in delivering and selling IT professional services within various market sectors including financial services, manufacturing, and telecom. Prior to SkillStorm, he worked for several national and regional consulting firms leading sales efforts.
