Our client, a global bio/medical device firm, wanted to implement IBM Campaign Management software in order to efficiently and effectively use data for marketing efforts. They came to SkillStorm for the tech talent available through our delivery centers.
Because the client had limited space and needed to co-locate staff, SkillStorm delivered the project via a team located at our Dallas based delivery center. The SkillStorm team delivered the entire scope of the implementation including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and training for three modules: Offer Maintenance, Optimization, and Interact.
The project was completed on time and on budget, and the client continues to enjoy the software solution. They have continued to leverage our domestic delivery center model in order to support large, long-term initiatives.
